How does Slash Qatar work?

Slash Qatar is a marketplace that connects you with exclusive deals from local merchants. Browse deals, purchase digital coupons at discounted prices, and redeem them at the merchant's location. You save money, and merchants get new customers!

How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign In' in the top right corner, then click 'Create Account'. Enter your email and password, accept the terms, and verify your email address. That's it!

Is my personal information secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Purchasing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway (SADAD). Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What happens after I purchase a coupon?

After successful payment, you'll receive an email with your digital coupon(s). You can also access them anytime from 'My Coupons' in your profile. Each coupon has a unique barcode that the merchant will scan when you redeem it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase if you have issues. Once a coupon is redeemed, refunds are no longer available.

Using Your Coupons

How do I redeem my coupon?

Visit the merchant's location and show your digital coupon (either on your phone or printed). The merchant will scan the barcode or enter the coupon code. It's that simple!

Do coupons expire?

Yes, coupons are typically valid for 90 days from purchase date. Check the expiry date on your coupon. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed.

Can I use multiple coupons in one visit?

It depends on the merchant's policy. Some merchants allow stacking multiple coupons, while others limit it to one per visit. Check the deal details or ask the merchant directly.

I lost my coupon email. How do I get it back?

No worries! Log into your account and go to 'My Coupons' in your profile. All your active coupons are saved there. You can view, download, or print them anytime.
